Most software-side cases start with remote review. For qualified batch projects, we may support on-site software review at the customer’s designated destination port, bonded warehouse, delivery center, or vehicle storage location.
Depending on the vehicle platform, software version, available tools, and technical feasibility, we may assist with clearing selected software-related warnings, diagnostic alerts, or supported lock-state conditions for parallel-export Chinese electric vehicles.
On-site destination port support is available only after case review and technical confirmation. Travel-related costs, including round-trip flights, local transportation, accommodation, visa-related costs where applicable, and other required on-site expenses, must be covered by the customer separately from the software service fee.
